This week we will be talking about perspective and cause and effect. We are reading fractures fairy tales to see the other sides to the stories! To practice cause and effect, we read the story The End. This is a backwards fairy tale that starts at the very end and then explaines the cause of each event. We worked with a partner to sequence the story and put the cards as a cause or an effect! We read the story of the three pigs from the wolf's perspective today. The wolf explains how he did not mean to blow their houses down; he just had a cold! After reading the story, we filled out a Cause and Effect flow Mao to show what happened because the wolf had a cold. We had a great time celebrating Lane's birthday last Friday!! We had a GREAT time at Earthfest this past Saturday! A big thank you to all the Pinkerton Teachers and Pinkerton Learners that helped!!
