Today we traveled to Mexico to learn all about the traditions of Las Posadas and the legend of the poinsettia! We tried some treats from a pinata and learned how to say Santa Clause in Spanish, Santo Clos! After our visit to Mexico, we hopped back on the plane and flew across the Atlantic for France! In France we learned to say "Joyeux Noel" and "Pere Noel." We learned how the children in France place their shoes by the fireplace and wake up to treats filling them! We watched an amazing light show of the Eiffel Tower at Christmas Time and even decorated our own Yule Log Cakes! Nola is a Super Star because she is very patient. She is happiest when she is at school and proud of herself for finishing her poster! Nola wants to be a volleyball or basketball coach when she grows up. She loves Math and her favorite books are Magic Treehouse Books! Thanks, Nola!!
